Mel, Charles, Edwin, Darlene and Me went out to Moore Dam tonight and packed down the Bud Light loop. Once is gets cold again it should be pretty good riding especially to the rock escarpment. It might be a bit uneven after that but we will keep at it. Make sure if you go and try to ride it that its cold enough or your tires will mess up the work we have done, thanks

Mags, Roger, Marsha, Dolly and I rode the Moore Dam trail this afternoon. It was cold and windy but the trail was bulletproof! You can ride it without studs, but they are helpful on the few icy spots. We rode to the Rock Escarpment and tried to go past it but it was too bumpy, not quite enough packing on that section. Hopefully when it warms up we can get out and pack it more. But to the rock escarpment and back was a blast, have fun _________________ Dave Harkless

I'm thinking of riding there tomorrow (Monday) after work.
If you're interested, I'll be there around 6pm.
I'll post this in the rides part of the forum as well. _________________ Jon A. |

Tried to ride moore today, that little bit of snow we got all blew off the river and onto the trail in the form of big drifts. We couldn't ride it. Those drifts need to be packed.
